Customers who buy combo tickets for Vinpearl Safari and VinWonders Phu Quoc need to take a FaceID photo when going through the control gate for the first time.
Voucher is only valid once within the usage period stated on the ticket.
For elderly tickets, please present your original ID card or passport along with the voucher to the staff at the entrance gate.
Tickets cannot be refunded, canceled or exchanged for other services, except in cases of force majeure.
In case of changing date, changing ticket type or canceling due to force majeure, the policy at the time of using the service will apply.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all public areas of the park. Guests wishing to smoke should proceed to designated smoking areas within the park.
Other promotions, discounts, and offers cannot be applied at the same time. – VinID points cannot be accumulated.
