1. Package policy

• Network speed: High speed 4G
• Time calculation: According to GMT+8 - eSIM is activated from the time of installation on the device. One day of using eSIM is counted from the time of activation to 23:59 (GMT +8)
• QR code usage time for eSIM: 30 days from the date of receiving the QR code
• Product note: Sim for tourists, only use once. No personal information is required to activate eSIM
• Scope of application: Mobiphone network operator in Vietnam

2. Instructions to activate eSIM:

• On iOS:
  1. Go to Settings -> Cellular -> Add eSIM
  2. Use QR Code -> Scan the received QR code
  3. Select "Package Label", then press "Continue"
  4. Restart the device
  5. Call 900, press 2 to activate the sim and complete
• On Android:
  1. Go to Settings -> SIM management -> Add eSIM
  2. Scan the received QR code
  3. Select "Package Label", then press "Continue"
  4. Restart the device
  5. Call 900, press 2 to activate the sim and complete.
