I'm very pleased with the service. Messages are answered quickly, the bike was delivered directly to the hotel and picked up from there at a time convenient for me. The prices are good. The bike is in good condition and was delivered fully fueled. They speak excellent English. I am very pleased that I chose this place to rent a scooter.
Long time to get back to Phu Quoc island. Many hotels have builded more more. I rented a scooter from Chris. He really helpful willingly. He showed me some good place to visit and eat. Will contact heyphuquoc for my next trip back to island.
We rented two scooters from Chris for two weeks. He delivered them to our hotel and picked them up again at another hotel. Chris was easy to reach with questions, very punctual and warm. Chris speaks english so well, he showed us how to go with the scooter, we picked up the scooters at the airport, and he made flexible for us to return all scooters at bai vong harbour, and helped us to buy the fast ferry tickets to rach gia, and show us the good bus to can tho and sai gon
The motorbike runs well, having a motorbike is very convenient for my group, comfortably exploring every corner of Phu Quoc.
I do not recommend this car rental to anyone. Fraudsters. I rented a car for 5 days. The rental unexpectedly ended for me 22 hours before the expiration of 5 days. They also demanded an additional payment for returning the car, although the website says that delivery and return are free. The cars are in poor condition. The contract is only in Vietnamese.
I'm worried because I don't have a car to go out. Accidentally surfing Google map, I came across Hey Phu Quoc. Decided to give it a try and met the super cute car owner. Delivery of the car to the pier, very convenient for me to go back to the hotel and go out. I rented for 2 days for 300k. The price is reasonable, the car runs smoothly, and the owner enthusiastically guides us on where to go, what's better than that?

This is new experience to us, to try on 2 wheelers vehicles, the scooter we rent was clean and stable. Actually, with the scooter, we can reach to the local vibe, islanders life easily. I rented a scooter from HEYPHUQUOC for my one month stay in Phu Quoc. I called around to a few companies but decided to go with these guys due to Chris' excellent communication and customer service. Chris went above and beyond – dropping off and picking up the bike, giving local recommendations, switching out my original bike immediately when there was a problem, even giving me a lift to the ferry terminal when I had to do my visa run! The bikes themselves were great (despite the little issue with the first one which was quickly resolved) and for a very reasonable price. Overall, it was a seamless and stress-free experience and I would 100% recommend HEYPHUQUOC to anyone visiting Phu Quoc. Thank you Chris!
