  • Customers can present printed tickets or QR code e-tickets at the amusement park gate to gain entry.
  • Customers who buy combo tickets for Vinpearl Safari and VinWonders Phu Quoc need to take a FaceID photo when going through the control gate for the first time.
  • Voucher is only valid once within the usage period stated on the ticket.
  • For elderly tickets, please present your original ID card or passport along with the voucher to the staff at the entrance gate.
  • Tickets cannot be refunded, canceled or exchanged for other services, except in cases of force majeure.
  • In case of changing date, changing ticket type or canceling due to force majeure, the policy at the time of using the service will apply.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all public areas of the park. Guests wishing to smoke should proceed to designated smoking areas within the park.
  • Other promotions, discounts, and offers cannot be applied at the same time. – VinID points cannot be accumulated.
  • Customers under 100 cm tall are free.
  • Regulations for applying ticket prices for children: Customers from 100cm to under 140cm tall
  • Regulations for applying ticket prices for the elderly: People aged 60 years or older and must bring photo identification to prove it.
