We have been renting motorbikes here in the East for a few months now and this is without a doubt the best experience so far!
Chris, the owner, is so nice and helpful and smiling and makes you feel so welcome.
When we came to rent a motorbike, he gave us explanations about the island and offered help and gave good tips. He was interested in us and was really nice to talk to.
During the rental, we asked to shorten it by half a day because we had booked a flight earlier than expected and he generously offered to refund us a decent amount of the money and showed a lot of understanding about the matter and also gave us the option to return the motorbike late in the evening so that we would be comfortable.
When we arrived to return the motorbike, he brought us gifts - 2 local scarves. We just received a gift from him like that.

I'm very happy with the service. They responded quickly to messages, and they delivered the bike directly to my hotel and picked it up at a time convenient for me. The prices were reasonable. The bike was in good condition and arrived fully fueled. They speak excellent English. I'm very glad I chose this place to rent a scooter.

Long time to get back to Phu Quoc island. Many hotels have builded more more. I rented a scooter from Chris. He really helpful willingly. He showed me some good place to visit and eat. Will contact heyphuquoc for my next trip back to island.

We rented two scooters from Chris for two weeks. He delivered them to our hotel and picked them up again at another hotel. Chris was easy to reach with questions, very punctual and warm. The first scooter at the airport was already broken.
Waiting for another one that doesn't start well and keeps shutting off on its own - brakes are a disaster, the taillight doesn't work... So I exchange it and then they want to give me the first scooter again.

I do not recommend this car rental to anyone. Fraudsters. I rented a car for 5 days. The rental unexpectedly ended for me 22 hours before the expiration of 5 days. They also demanded an additional payment for returning the car, although the website says that delivery and return are free. The cars are in poor condition. The contract is only in Vietnamese.

I'm worried because I don't have a car to go out. Accidentally surfing Google map, I came across Hey Phu Quoc. Decided to give it a try and met the super cute car owner. Delivery of the car to the pier, very convenient for me to go back to the hotel and go out. I rented for 2 days for 300k. The price is reasonable, the car runs smoothly, and the owner enthusiastically guides us on where to go, what's better than that?

I rented a scooter from HEYPHUQUOC for my one month stay in Phu Quoc. I called around to a few companies but decided to go with these guys due to Chris' excellent communication and customer service. Chris went above and beyond – dropping off and picking up the bike, giving local recommendations, switching out my original bike immediately when there was a problem, even giving me a lift to the ferry terminal when I had to do my visa run! The bikes themselves were great (despite the little issue with the first one which was quickly resolved) and for a very reasonable price. Overall, it was a seamless and stress-free experience and I would 100% recommend HEYPHUQUOC to anyone visiting Phu Quoc. Thank you Chris!
